i came across a Bad Business blog today putting on blast stores online that have really poor customer service. and being a small online business i just wanted to make a statement about how important good customer service is to me and that the happiness of my customers always comes first in my store. please know that if you ever have a question about an item i sell, an order you have placed, shipping time, or if you are unhappy with your purchase you can contact me and i will always be ready and willing to help :) as an avid online shopper myself i know that one of the most important things (IMO at least) is communication between seller and buyer, and that's something i'll always take seriously in all my business dealings.
